Big week! SLS turnarounds have been very good lately. We got a glove which wasn’t as dense (and therefore as strong) as we were expecting early in the week, and were able to trace back the cause to part of the fix we implemented for the tight geometry. I implemented a fix which should be quite robust, and in the process worked on improving how the per-run logic evolves as the search space converges, which itself then helped us identify a few more optimizations we could make to improve linking efficiency. We then calculated then manufactured a new glove, which is easily our best to date. Additionally, the skeletonization work continues along well, and now can quickly and cleanly segment limbs of the body based only on a full body scan.
